I received a call from this number on Memorial Day telling this was a verification call and to select 1 to verify or 2 if I was not expecting a call from Encore bank. Robo voice identified itself as Encore, not Umpqua. I selected 2 because I do not bank with Encore or Umpqua only to be told they were closed for the holiday....really, why would they be calling out on a holiday for verifications then?

I got a call from USAA and then two from this number. The first was slient and then a quick follow up call asking for a customer from their fraud department. Yesterday the same thing happened with USAA's number and the man was trying to trick me to give him access to my accounts. Luckily I call USAA from a second phone and found out there was no fraud activity and the guy calling was a fraudster. It was the same voice from yesterday.
