PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE RULES BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE BLAZIN’ CHALLENGE (“CHALLENGE”) AS THESE RULES AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: CHALLENGE IS SUBJECT TO BINDING ARBITRATION AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS AS DETAILED BELOW.
Challenge is operated by Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc., Three Glenlake Parkway NE Atlanta, GA 30328 (“BWW”). Participants have the opportunity to participate in the challenge to win potential prizes as provided in these Rules. Each participant fully and unconditionally accepts these Rules and the decisions of BWW, which are final and binding, and waives any right to claim ambiguity in these Rules.Participants may participate in the Challenge at a participating BWW location but must be a Blazin’ Rewards member to win potential prize. Challenge is valid via dine-in only.
Challenge is a game of skill where the outcome is determined by the participant’s skill rather than chance or luck. Participants can request to participate in the Challenge in person at a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant and it must be done in the presence of a BWW franchise employee or corporate team member.
ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE. Participants must be the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (or over 13 and accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if under the age of majority) and a resident of one of the 50 United States or DC, to participate. EACH PARTICIPANT (AND PARTICIPANT’S PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN IF PARTICIPANT IS A MINOR) WILL BE REQUIRED TO EXECUTE A RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT PRIOR TO PARTICIPATION IN THE CHALLENGE TO BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE.Participants under the age of 18 are not eligible to become Blazin’ Rewards Members and will not receive Blazin’ Rewards Points or appear on the Blazin’ Wall of Fame as part of any prize.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE.
To participate, participant should request to participate in the Blazin’ Challenge at a participating Buffalo Wild Wings location and must purchase the Blazin’ ChallengeBUT to be eligible for prize, participantmust be 18 years or older: (1) (i) have an existing Blazin’ Rewards account or (ii) create a free account with Blazin’ Rewards (located at www.buffalowildwings.com or via the App) and (2) append their Blazin’ Challenge dine-in check to their account by giving their server the phone number associated with their account or scanning the QR code on their check via the Buffalo Wild Wings app
GAME RULES. Participants must eat ten (10) Blazin'® Knockout wings in five (5) minutes or less. Participants will be timed by a Buffalo Wild Wings franchise employee or corporate team member. Participants must follow the following rules:
1) Remove all wing meat from the bone, with the mouth only, subject to a Buffalo Wild Wings franchise employee’s or corporate team member’s discretion.
2) Anyone who vomits or regurgitates during the course of the Challenge is automatically disqualified.
3) No drinks of any kind can be consumed while participating in the Challenge and bathroom breaks are not permitted.
4) Other than the wings, during the Challenge, participants cannot use any other food, condiment, or sauce, including, but not limited to: celery, bleu cheese or ranch dressing.
PRIZE: The prize consists of 1000 Blazin’ Rewards points and the winner’s name on select TV screens at varying times throughout the day via Buffalo Wild Wings’ internal OT Network shown on a “Blazin’ Challenge Wall of Fame” type of page. The winner’s name will appear on the “Blazin’ Challenge Wall of Fame” for an unspecified amount of time. In order to receive the complete prize, the participant must complete the challenge successfully, have a Blazin’ Rewards account or create one, and then append the check with the Blazin’ Challenge on it to their account by giving their server their phone number or by scanning the QR code on the check via the Buffalo Wild Wings app. In order to have Blazin’ Rewards account, a winner must be 18+ years old.
BWW reserves the right to modify applicable prizes and prizing conditions from time to time. Award of prizes is subject to verification of the potential winner’s eligibility and satisfaction of all conditions. Blazin’ Rewards prizes will be available in Blazin’ Rewards accounts within 48 hours after qualifying game play. Blazin’ Rewards points are good for use towards in-store or online purchases at participating BWW restaurant locations. Blazin’ Rewards Points are governed by Blazin’ Rewards terms found here - https://www.blazinrewards.com/Common/Home/AboutTheProgram and will be applied directly to the winner’s account, upon verification by BWW.
CONDITIONS ON CLAIMING PRIZE. Unless otherwise indicated herein, all expenses including, but not limited to, all taxes or other expenses, are the responsibility of each winner. Each prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made, except at the BWW’s sole discretion.
In the event a potential winner of a prize is not able to meet the requirements for claiming the prize, such winner shall not be entitled to the prize, or any other prize, compensation or monetary value whatsoever, and BWW will have no further obligation to the potential winner.
DISPUTES; MANDATORY ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating, participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Challenge, or prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the participant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circ*mstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Challenge), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
BWW reserves the right to alter these Rules and event at any time in BWW’s sole discretion.
