To top it off @tmobile wont do anything because my battery is out of warranty as of November of last year. I get that as a bussiness both profit over poor phone design... but man. This phone is honestly one of my biggest regrets in mobile handling and is vastly inferior-

They can't win at home. They can't connect passes, they NEVER have bodies in front, they can't clear the puvk, they can hold the zone.

@TMobile In the White Plains NY store I asked for an eSim. Was told they dont do them. Showed an article on the T-Mobile website and the T Mobile app on my iPhone and the clever guy getting ready to go home denied any knowledge as he headed off. Two doors down AT&T sorted me inn10 mins

@danielwcooper well for me I'm might drop Netflix for Disney+. First I already have IPTV which gives me 700 channels for 25 dollars including ppv/ p*rn. I get Netflix free with TMobile so adding 6 bucks to my Entertainment Bill won't be a problem

Still at the @verizon store, arrived here 3hrs ago. Tech support changed the SIM, and updated settings using VERIZON systems... oddly VERIZON disabled the phone (in case of fraud) now they can’t fix it, WTF??? T-Mobile is looking better and better.

@TMobileHelp I received an email "T-Mobile Confirmation: Plan Cancelled" in Oct 2020. It states that "You recently deleted your Mobile Internet account". I obviously didn't. It was for my 200 MB for life plan. Please help reinstate the account

@KristenDB96 Yes, prompt and correct response to problems.I gambled because T-Mobile is not very good here. One of the tech responses added a bar to my signal strength. 5G is free if you have a new phone.

@sqlqueen @TMobileHelp I could be wrong but I think the location services switch to WIFI (if enabled) and that can throw off the Where service.
